The way of the noble wanes,
the way of the petty waxes;
the yin force gathers heavy,
the yang force cannot rise;
what to do, oh what to do?
the good merchant hides his wares deep.

If a great man has talent but no opportunity, then to hide deep and not show himself is the best course.
